Formally established in 1998, Town Cats, Inc (TCI) is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) no-kill rescue group focused on decreasing the county shelters intake and euthanization rates for homeless and feral cats in Worcester County through spay/neuter services. TCI believes its role is to not only offer low cost spay/neuter services but to assist the community in a variety of services including: medical care for a found or pet cat; provide trapping and transportation for spay/neuter clinics; educate the community about the benefits of spay/neuter; provide bi-monthly adoption services; and provide oversight to cat colonies following the Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) program guidelines prescribed by Alley Cat Allies.

We are NOT a shelter and all of our cats/kittens are kept in foster homes. We have 2 sites where you can meet our cats and kittens. One is at the Ocean Pines Farmer's Market in Ocean Pines on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM til 1:00 PM. We also bring available cats and kittens to Petco, West Ocean City on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Please see our events calendar for other adoption times and locations.
