Pet Policy: Weight restriction- 80lbs
2 pets maximum. Residents can have 1 large dog and 1 small dog or 2 small dogs, but not 2 large-breed dogs. Large breed (80 lb), with weight restriction confirmed by current vet record, can occupy ground-floor apartments only. Small dog is no taller than 16″ at shoulder. Non-aggressive breeds only. Non-refundable pet fee of $300 for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets, with monthly pet fee of $35 total.
