Weight restriction- 120lbs
Allow two pets per apartment. Cannot exceed 120 lbs in total weight. A $250 refundable pet fee is due upon move-in, monthly pet rent of $35.00 per pet. Fees apply for large caged animals (ferrets/rabbits) as well. Photo and veterinarian certification is required at move-in. Aggressive breeds are prohibited.
