Pet Policy: two-pet maximum per apartment, cannot exceed 65 lbs. total weight. Some breeds are prohibited, all pets are subject to the approval of management. Pet deposits are non-refundable and monthly pet rent amounts are per pet.
Specifics regarding your pet’s breed, weight, proof of rabies documentation, and a photo of your pet will be required prior to move-in.
Pet security deposit- $300 is due upon move-in and is refundable upon move-out. Monthly pet rent- $40 per pet
