T & J Pet Services was founded by a young girl named Theresa from the Carroll County area. She went to school to be a social worker, which is when she decided that she wanted to work with animals after she graduated. After growing up around so many different animals, a pet service just seemed ideal to Theresa. Thus far, T & J Pet Services has been successfull in providing excellent services, yeilding optimum customer satisfaction.
