Pet Policy: Weight restriction- 20lbs
2 pets maximum. Small non-aggressive breeds only. A resident can have 2 small dogs, or 2 cats, or a combination, not to exceed 2 pets total. Non-refundable pet fee of $300 for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets, with monthly pet fee of $35 total.
