Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Pet fee is $300. There is a monthly pet rent of $35 per cat and $65 per dog. No weight restrictions. No aggressive breeds of dogs. Pit Bull breeds such as Stafford shire, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Stafford shire Terrier, Bull Terrier, plus Rottweilers, and Chows are not allowed.
