Pet Policy:
Dog Policy- $35.00 pet rent. $500.00 non-refundable pet fee.
Restrictions: Two pets (cats or dogs) are permitted per apartment. Limit of two cats, two dogs or one dog and one cat per apartment. A dog or dog(s) not exceeding 50 lbs. of weight will be allowed.
Birds and hamsters are permitted but must be caged at all times. Tropical fish and aquariums are permitted at the community. Snakes and other reptiles are not permitted.
