Welcome to Our English Setter Rescue (OESR). OESR is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit breed rescue with fosters and volunteers throughout the USA, centered around the Great Lakes region, and originally founded in Ohio (and was formerly known as Ohio English Setter Rescue).
