501(c)(3) no-kill cat rescue dedicated to the welfare of stray, abandoned and feral cats and kittens. We are a no-kill rescue organization dedicated to helping stray, abandoned and feral cats and kittens. We have an adoption center at the Petco in Owings Mills and house our cats through a network of foster homes. We are a 501(c)(3) organization run entirely by volunteers. We are working on obtaining our own facility. We do not accept owner surrenders.
