Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks

Baltimore County now has four dog parks, Perry Paw at Honeygo Run Regional Park, Wags Dog Park at St. Helena Park, Paw Point at Robert E. Lee Park and B.A.R.C. Park at Hannah More Park. Registration is required to use all parks and all dogs must be properly licensed. Remember, when your dog is not within the fenced area of the dog park, it must be leashed. Owners are required to clean up after them.
