Pet Policy: $300 Pet Deposit ($150 non-refundable and $150 refundable per pet)
Under 20 lbs. $40 per month per pet
Ground Floor Pets 21-40 lbs. $50 per month, one pet per household
Two cats per household with deposit and pet fee for each
