Dogs Finding Dogs K9 Search and Rescue for All Type of Missing Pets is a 501c3 non-profit charity that uses its highly trained and certified SAR dogs to help us humans find our missing pets. “Our Noses Know Where Your Pet Goes!” A quick action plan is given over the phone the first time a potential client calls the office at 410-908-6374. The next step is to assign a SAR team to come out and search for the pet. Based upon each situation, we develop a action plan that targets the success of getting a pet returned home safe and sound and as quickly as possible. Dogs Finding Dogs was established as a non-profit in 2008 and has reunited over 4000 missing pets with their owners. We have an approximate success rate of 94%. All types of strategies are used including humane traps of all sizes. Being a non-profit, we ask for an affordable one time donation to officially take on a case. This is tax deductible.
